Man charged with Healdsburg arsons found mentally competent

Well I may have been wrong about this guy... He didn't get off so easy! I'm pretty happy about this mainly because I think that too many people in this world do stupid crap and get off the hitch for the whole 'mentally competent' thing.

I say good job on this verdict!
